Cap Vista will handle, collect, store, use, disclose and otherwise process such personal data, including your personal data and that of any other person, that is provided to or collected by us (collectively, the “Data”) in accordance with our privacy statement (accessible at accelerator.capvista.com.sg and its subdomains or such other URL as may be specified by us from time to time) (our “Privacy Statement”). 
 
1.2 By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Statement and have deemed to have agreed to and shall fully comply with and be legally bound by our Privacy Statement. You must not access or use the website if you do not accept any of the terms of our Privacy Statement.      
 
1.3 Cap Vista may change, modify or supplement this Privacy Statement, at our sole discretion, from time to time by posting the changed, modified or supplemented Privacy Statement on or through the website, or through such other means as we may deem appropriate. 2.1 Cap Vista may request or collect certain types of Data in connection with your access to and use of the website. Examples of the types of Data which we may request or collect include:

a. Analytics Tags used by us to analyse the effectiveness of the functionalities and features of the website and user preferences relating to the website in order to improve general user experience. We may use information collected through such analytics tags in combination with your Data to better understand more about the profile of our users. 
 
b. Cookies where small data files are sent to your browser or Device to store and track information about you when you access or use the website. The cookie is also used to track information such as the number of users and their frequency of use, profiles of users, and other similar information relating to the use of the website. b. such Personal Data is true, correct, current and complete.

3. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT 


3.1 You may withdraw your consent to the handling, collection, use, disclosure and processing of your Data by us with reasonable notice and subject to any prevailing restrictions imposed by applicable law or contract. The withdrawal of such consent may limit your access to the website and its services and shall result in the cessation of your participation in the Solicitation/Challenge/Joint Call, if applicable. Notwithstanding the withdrawal of such consent, Cap Vista may continue handling, collecting, using, disclosing or processing your Data for any or all of the purposes in regard to the Solicitation/Challenge/Joint Call if we are permitted to do so under the law.
