Evaluation & Shortlisting of Proposals
September - November 2026

We will invite shortlisted providers to a pitching session to present their proposals and address any queries from our evaluation panel.

Pitching Session
4 December 2026 (GMT+8) - Hybrid

During the pitching session, participants will be provided the opportunity to elaborate on their solutions and clarify any queries from the evaluation panel.

Successful participants may be awarded a contract by Cap Vista or the U.S. War Innovation Unit, or both to demonstrate their technology in a short trial.

We aim to scale the solution quickly if the trial demonstrates success and good potential.
