Solicitation for Countering Mis/Disinformation & Deepfakes

Inviting global tech providers to address challenges in the areas of mis/disinformation and deepfake detection.

All submissions will be assessed by a panel comprising members from the Organisers, and based on the following criteria:
Innovativeness and Relevance
  • How innovative is the solution?
  • Can the solution address the challenge statements effectively?
Tech Feasibility and Readiness for Implementation
  • How easy is the solution able to scale for large-scale deployment in a cost-effective manner?
  • Has the solution been adopted commercially?
Open for Applications
The application phase will start on 19th May 2026 (GMT+8) and end on 24th June 2026, 13:00 hrs (GMT+8).
To apply:
  • Register an account on the platform.
  • Select a challenge and statement to address.
  • Download and review the Conditions of Contract (CoC).
  • Complete the CoC annex proposal template and upload the completed proposal in .pdf format, along with supporting documents to complete your submission.
Note: As a guide, your CoC annex proposal should clearly state:
  • How innovative and relevant is the solution to address the challenge statements.
  • How feasible is your tech solution for implementation.
  • How easy is the solution able to scale for large-scale deployment in a cost-effective manner.
  • Examples where the solution has been adopted commercially, if applicable.

You are welcome to tackle multiple challenge statements should you have more than one solution to submit! You may also refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for more details.

Shortlisting of Proposals
End June - July 2026

We will announce and invite shortlisted companies, startups and academia to a pitching session to present their proposals and address any queries from our evaluation panel.

Notification of Outcomes
August / September 2026

Successful participants may be awarded a contract by Cap Vista to demonstrate their technology in a fully funded short-term trial.
