- Content addresses real-world digital systems challenges with relevant practical case studies
- Relevant experience in the field of digital systems engineering

The application phase will start in 24 Oct and end on 24 Nov 2025 at 13:00 hrs (GMT+8).

Evaluation and Clarification of Proposals
Proposals will be assessed for relevance to the solicitation objectives and alignment with the stated evaluation criteria.
During the evaluation period, we may reach out to proposal providers for clarification.
Contract Award
Successful provider(s) will be awarded a contract based on either the provider’s proposed terms or a revised version mutually agreed upon with the organiser or its designated partner.
